We are lucky to have Chapters of your Sub Branch, located in South Grafton, Copmanhurst and Ulmarra. Thgese Chapters provide a great way to get together in your local areas. 

The Chapters are an important part of the Sub Branch as they each conduct the Commemorative events in these areas, with the support and backing of the Sub Branch.

The Chapters are always looking for volunteers to help, both in the lead up and running of these events, so if you are able it would be great to see you assisting at these times.

Partnered by RSL NSW and the GDSC, with classes being conducted by Aaron Pateman, our expert EP from Fluid Physio, the Sub Branch is excited to invite Members and Partners to our Exercise Physiology classes. These Classes are run from 10:30 till 11:30 on Tuesday and Friday mornings at the GDSC.

This is a great opportunity to work on strength, balance and movement in a fun, self paced environment with a group of great people. Its also a really good opportunity to catch up for a chat over a free coffee at the GDSC bistro afterwards.

Meetings are held at the GDSC on the last Friday of the month, starting at 1100 with nibblies and refreshments provided for afterwards. Meetings run from February till November.

It is a great chance to catch up on the latest lacal and state news, and to provide ideas and feedback to help guide the Executive in how we can achieve our primary goal of providing the best support available for Veterans and their families.
